Picked up this beautiful knife from Kyoto in Japan, made not far in the world-famous Sakai City where knives have been made for the past 600 years. You don't use it like a normal knife, but place it on the fabric and roll / rock it. The precision is high on straight edges and offers a different way to experience cutting cloth other than scissors or alternative types of knives.
